Overview
A desktop app with six role-specific AI assistants (quality, facilities, customer insight, customer service, forecasting and technical management) working from live business data. This was built for internal use at a calibration lab, so this page is a summary only.
The problem
Finding answers meant hunting across several business systems by hand, and anything an AI produced still needed a person in charge of it.
What I did
- Built six assistants, each focused on one part of the business and reading live data.
- Anything an assistant drafts waits for a person to approve it before it goes anywhere.
- Results can be exported to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Stack
Python (FastAPI), Next.js and React, Electron, SQL Server, the Anthropic Claude API, Microsoft Entra ID sign-in and Microsoft Graph.
Outcome / impact
Six assistants and three export formats, in internal use.
