Schedules checks that quotes have been followed up, so nobody has to chase them by hand. This was done for internal use at a calibration lab, so this page is a summary only.

The problem

Following up open quotes meant manual chasing.

What I did

  • Schedules checks that each quote has been followed up.
  • Removes the manual chasing for customer success.

Outcome / impact

Quote follow-up no longer depends on someone remembering to chase.
